There is a $500 minimum for all catering events. The food cost, fuel for delivery, service fee, and or labor will be included in your total. Service will be drop & go; meaning we drop off the pan(s) of your cuisine and leave. Service requiring set up and serving guests will incur additional charges. An additional 20% booking fee required to secure your date and time on our calendar.
*Please note that the $500 minimum goes toward your balance.The ONLY way we cater on site is if a cooking space or kitchen is provided!
**Events with LESS than 50 guests will require the full minimum up front at least 1 week prior to the start date of the event. Events with MORE than 50 guests will require their minimum up front at least 2 weeks prior to the event start date.
**Minimums not received in the designated time frames (unless otherwise discussed in writing) will incur an additional $200 rush fee. Any location greater than 30 minutes from Downtown New Orleans will incur an additional $75 travel fee.
